God wants you to have sound mind.
What is health? Health is a state of total well being.
Don't be careless with your health.
Many things affect your health:
1. Age
2. Habit
3. Environment
4. Politics
What you don't invest in you will not get anything from it. Invest in your health in order for you to live long, strong and healthy.
Things to do about your health;
1. Food: Clean food must be taken. Eat according to your age that is eating clean. You must eat a balanced diet.
A balanced diet is a diet that has all the nutrition.
Avoid junk food.
Feed your children with good home made meal. Drink plenty of water not coke, not soda. If you must take juice prepare it in your house, the ready-made juice are just concentrate.
Take fresh fruit daily. Take grain. Vegetables is a must for all.
Get 6-8 hours sleep daily. It lets your body recharge.
Aging is natural but you have to age graciously. As you are aging always go for annual medical check up.
Do eye check up for children regularly.
As you are aging cut down salt intake, saturated fat (fried oil), saturated fat is not good.
Breakfast is a must for everyone, lunch is good but you can skip dinner. You can take fruit at night.
2. Environment: Cleanliness is next to Godliness. Take care of your home, your self. Let everything around you be clean.
Teenagers should wash arm pits and private part always.
We should protect our family from mosquitoes.
Exercise in your environment at least 3 times a week, do exercise, work out.
Drink clean water not sachet water.
If you must buy any processed food please read the label.
Women have a time they enter pre-menopause then menopause stage.
Men have a time they will not be able to perform well sexually.
If you must take any drug see your doctor or pharmacy.
It is important we keep our weight under watch. Children must be well vaccinated. Deworm your children every quarter.
Please avoid can food instead buy fruit, take less sugar, avoid caffeinated drinks like lipton, coke. For men, eat fresh raw tomatoes.
