Church is an avenue where our clothes are being washed. The clothes we are talking about here is our mind. Our mind needs to be constantly renewed.
What is victory?
Victory is an act of winning the enemy. Talking about victory, there is an enemy and there is the game or battle.
Victory is certain if you prepare well, victory is not won by luck.
Deut. 20 vs 4, Philipians 4 vs 13. You can be the next world champion.
Psalm 108 vs 13.
What is grace?
It is the unmerited favour of God, grace is God doing to us what we don't deserve.
2 Cor 12 vs 9, the grace of God is sufficient.
Grace is God's 'enoughness'.
Victory comes when you plan and work hard to be victorious. Plan to succeed, to be victorious.
It is what God reveal to you that will reveal you to the world.
Luke 4 vs 16
In the kingdom of God, it is the grace of God that makes one to be great.
Romans 9 vs 16, when God showeth you mercy, you become a show.
The all purpose of grace is for you to excel. Grace colour your effort.
Zechariah 4 vs 7
Grace is gotten in degrees. The grace of God is given to all.
Titus 2 vs 11, 2 Peter 3 vs 18
How to grow in grace?
1. By living an upright life, Romans 6 vs 1
2. By increasing the knowledge of God in your life, Acts 20 vs 32
3. Through prayer, Acts 2 vs 47
4. By the anointing of gracious men.
5. By excising the grace that we presently have.
Every growth requires an effort
